What began as a cozy café in Massachusetts grew into one of the most diverse tea destinations in New England, serving guests from all walks of life. At Crepes Tea House we do NOT use any microwaves! In fact, we don’t even have any in the kitchen at all. Keep reading to find out why! Don’t get us wrong.. microwaves are extremely convenient and fast. It is a very useful appliance and a necessity in most kitchens, just not ours. Microwaves turn electricity into electromagnetic waves, which stimulate the molecules in the food. The molecules vibrate and move and that energy turns into heat.

The desire for a new location originated from a lot of customers requesting us to open another Crepes Tea House closer to their house. Customers from different states showed a lot of interest. People from Washington, North Carolina, & Virginia called multiple of times asking us to come & open the restaurant within their states. We noticed that many of our customers come from Westfield, North Connecticut, aother towns from the surrounding areas so we wanted to try to open something in that area.

Kalinka

Kalinka is a multicultural festival where families and friends gather and have an amazing time. This year the Kalinka will be on June 29 starting at 11 am until 4 pm. It will take place at the Morgan Road Pavilion in West Springfield. At the Kalinka there is delicious food from many different cultures, including Crepes Tea House food! Crepes has been participating in the Kalinka since 2010 and every year since.There will be music, dancing, and many activities for children.
