For this week’s blogpost we wanted to put the spotlight on one of our employees; Kristina. She has been working as a waitress a little over three years. Kristina is 20 years old and a sophomore at UMass Amherst. She is going to school for a Bachelors Degree in Biology with hopes of going to PA school after graduation. She recently became an EMT as well.Kristina was born in Belarus and moved to America when she was 8 years old.

This week we wanted to highlight one of our awesome employees, Kate! She has been working here since 2017 and is extremely versatile. Each shift she works as a different position, whether it be as a supervising manager, helper, food runner, or waitress. Kate is always there offering everyone help and being a team player. Kate is currently enrolled in UMass Amherst working towards an Operations and Information Management degree with a minor in Economics.

This week we had the pleasure of interviewing our amazing waitress Ella. Ella has been working at Crepes Tea House for some time now. She became a waitress at Crepes by the help of her sister Kristina, who also works here. You can always spot her working at our West Springfield location.

This week we were able to virtually sit down with Anna V. and ask her some questions. Anna has been working at Crepes Tea House for 6 years as a waitress and she can’t get enough of the working environment… and the farm cheese pancakes. She recently got married and moved to Virginia to only move back to Massachusetts within a few months. Continue reading to get an inside look into Anna’s thoughts!

How long have you been working at Crepes? I have worked at Crepes Tea House since August 2019. I started shortly after the Southwick location opened. What is your favorite part about being an employee here? My favorite part about being an employee here is the atmosphere and the way the employees and managers work as a team. I have worked in restaurants for 7 years and this is by far the most fun and least stressful.

Sage is one of our awesome servers here at Crepes Tea House! We had the pleasure to interview her and get a sense of who she is outside of the restaurant. How long have you been working at Crepes & what is your favorite part of being an employee here? I have been working at crepes since 2015 and haven’t left since! Being an employee at crepes is amazing because everyone is like a big family, our boss Art treats us all like his own and the food quality is over the top.

This week’s blogpost we wanted to put the spotlight on one of our awesome employees. Anna Sergeychik has been part of the Crepes team as a waitress since 2014. Crepes Tea House was the first job Anna has ever had and she worked throughout her junior and senior year of high school. She then went to college in MCPHS Boston and recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Premed and Health Sciences. Anna is starting PA school in January is going the extra mile in order to get her master’s degree.

For our first blog post, we would like to take the opportunity to recognize one of our many amazing employees. Monika Jasinska has been a waitress a Crepes Tea House since 2011 and has become a integral part of the Crepes family. She is an incredible waitress and has gained many regulars because of it.Monika has many interests which include working out, hiking, biking, dancing, listening to music and most of all spending quality time with friends and family.
