Sage

Sage is one of our awesome servers here at Crepes Tea House! We had the pleasure to interview her and get a sense of who she is outside of the restaurant.

How long have you been working at Crepes & what is your favorite part of being an employee here?

I have been working at crepes since 2015 and haven’t left since! Being an employee at crepes is amazing because everyone is like a big family, our boss Art treats us all like his own and the food quality is over the top which makes the job so much better!

Which dish is your favorite?

Picking my favorite dish at Crepes is nearly impossible! I would have to say it is either a vegetable crepe with lots of greens ( with white garlic sauce on the side of course) or the delicious potato vareniki because they remind me of the periogis I grew up eating!

Which tea is your favorite?

For the most part I enjoy minty teas like moracan mint or the rainforest mint but sometimes I like to switch it up to the Black Earl Grey !

What are your goals as of right now?

In the future I would like to be a realtor or to even have my own business because I like to be in charge and always want to stay busy.

What are your favorite activities or hobbies?

Besides working at crepes on the weekends I have a full time job at another amazing company, so I dont have much free time. When I do though I like to go to the movies, go out to eat, or to hang out with my boyfriend and friends by a fire or doing something outdoorsy.
