Ella Kinchak
This week we had the pleasure of interviewing our amazing waitress Ella. Ella has been working at Crepes Tea House for some time now. She became a waitress at Crepes by the help of her sister Kristina, who also works here. You can always spot her working at our West Springfield location.
What is your dream job?
My dream job would be somewhere in the medical field. I would say I want to be a pediatric nurse because I love being around kids and helping them. Working at a hospital has always drawn my attention.
What is your favorite meal at Crepes?
Picking my number one favorite dish is at crepes is very difficult because there’s just too many things I enjoy. The crepes and home fries with chicken are definitely my top choice, both with white garlic on the side. My favorite dessert would definitely be the tiramisu because of its sweet and fluffy taste, the cooks make it absolutely delicious and I would definitely recommend others to try it.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I don’t really have free time since I still attend high school, therefore most of my time is dedicated to homework and studying for exams. However, I do enjoy taking naps and going on adventures when I can. I also really love snowboarding in the winter.
Why do you love working at Crepes?
I love working at crepes because it feels like home to me. The cooks are like my mothers and treat me with so much love. The other workers, especially my boss, are so nice and I can always count on them.
